Inventory services are provided by The Bardwell Company (TBC), a wholly owned subsidiary of Dear Accountant, Inc.
In 2011, Dear Accountant, Inc. purchased 100% equity in the sole proprietorship known as The Bardwell Group, which had been in the inventory counting business since 1988. Upon acquisition, The Bardwell Group incorporated in Virginia as The Bardwell Company (TBC).
Both Dear Accountant, Inc. and The Bardwell Company, operate under the trade name "DearAccountant".
